We provide these services to residential and commercial properties across Dubai and surrounding areas.
Booking and Confirmation
All service bookings must be made via our website, call, or WhatsApp.
Once a booking is confirmed, a technician will be assigned based on availability. We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will notify you promptly in such cases.
Payment Terms
Prices are shared in advance or after inspection.
Payment is due upon service completion unless stated otherwise.
We accept cash, bank transfers, or approved digital payments.
Annual maintenance packages require advance payment.
Unpaid balances may delay or suspend future services.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without a charge.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior may incur a call-out fee.
Warranty and Liability
We provide a limited service warranty on workmanship, subject to job type.
Warranty does not cover misuse, third-party damage, or unauthorized repair attempts.
We are not liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including equipment failure, accidents, or force majeure.
Safety and Access
Clients must ensure safe and clear access to the work area.
